The product itself was fine, but trying to return it was such a hassle. I had to go back and forth over email and wait days just to get answers to basic questions. The instructions weren’t very clear either, so the whole thing felt way harder than it needed to be. By the time it was finally sorted out, I was just mentally drained and glad it was over. Not a great experience.

I bought a sainlogic weather station, and the WiFi has been a total headache since day one. It keeps dropping off my network, and the app says it’s offline way too often, which gets really annoying fast.

I’ve reset it, moved it much closer to the router, and messed with the settings, but nothing really helped. For the price, I expected the WiFi to just work like it should. Disappointed and I definitely wouldn’t buy it again.

I got this mainly so I could check the weather when I’m away from home, but the remote monitoring keeps dropping out. The app is sorta confusing too, so instead of being helpful, it mostly just ends up annoying me.

The outer shipping box did have a small dent on one corner, but since nothing was damaged, I don’t think it was really an issue. I’ve had my sainlogic weather station set up for a while now, and overall it’s been decent. Getting it going wasn’t much trouble, and on most days the readings look about like what I’d expect, so it does the job well enough for everyday use.
The only thing is the outdoor sensor can be a little unpredictable. Every now and then it drops connection or throws out humidity numbers that make you do a double take, then later it’s back to normal like nothing happened. It’s not a dealbreaker, especially for the price, but if you’re the type who wants everything spot-on all the time, you might notice it.

I picked up a Sainlogic weather station and, the battery life has been a letdown. I put in fresh batteries and they seemed to be almost drained after what felt like just a short while, definitely sooner than I figured they would be.

The unit itself works fine enough when it’s running, maybe not perfect but decent, so that part isn’t the big issue. I just don’t want to be swapping batteries every few weeks or so, and because of that I probably wouldn’t buy it again

The display is clear and easy to read... even from across the room. Overall, it’s been mostly good and does what I need.

The wind readings seem a little off here and there, but nothing too major for my needs. Small win for me: I’ve actually started checking it before heading out and haven’t been caught in unexpected rain lately.
